Carpeting Order Form

Headliner Bow Spacing Form
If you have a 1915 to 1935 closed car (tudor sedan, coupe, fordor sedan, center door sedan, victoria), in order to make sure your headliner will fit your car, we require headliner bow spacing measurements for complete closed car upholstery kits. Please fill out this measurement sheet and send it in to us.
All dimensions should be measured in inches.

Fordor Panel Measurements Form
If you have a 1928 to 1931 Ford Model A Fordor (2-window, 3-window, leatherback) we have found that there can be variations in door sizes from one car to the next. In order to make sure that upholstered door panels will properly fit your car, we require the measurements of your door panels. Please fill out this measurement sheet and send it in to us.
